The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States of America.

Eligibility: The Summit is generally open to all individuals, but content is specifically tailored to Christian men seeking to grow in their faith and purpose.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Non-Transferable Access: Your Summit registration and access credentials (e.g., login link, password) are for your sole use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other person or entity.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content: All content provided during the Summit, including videos, audio recordings, text, presentations, handouts, and materials (collectively, "Summit Content"), is the exclusive property of Godly Men Rising Virtual Summit or the respective speakers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: When you register for the Summit, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Summit Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Summit Content without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing screen recordings of sessions on social media or with others.
3. Conduct and Community Guidelines
The "Godly Men Rising" Summit is intended to be a positive, encouraging, and faith-based environment. You agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:
- Respectful Communication: You will interact with other participants, speakers, and staff in a respectful, civil, and encouraging manner. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, threats, or any defamatory or discriminatory comments will not be tolerated.
- Appropriate Use of Chat/Q&A: Chat and Q&A features should be used only for relevant discussion about the Summit content. Self-promotion, spamming, unauthorized solicitation, or posting inappropriate or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
- Right to Remove: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or review all content and activity within the Summit platform. We may, at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, terminate the access of any participant who violates these guidelines, without refund.
4. Financial Terms and Refund Policy
- Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Summit or any related packages (e.g., VIP passes, replay access) at the prices effective when the charges are incurred.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of the immediate digital access to Summit Content, we generally do not offer refunds.
- Changes to Pricing: Pricing for the Summit or its associated products/packages may change at any time, but price changes will not apply to purchases already made.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Information Purpose Only: The content and information presented during the Summit are for educational and inspirational purposes only and are not intended as professional advice (e.g., medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic). You should seek professional guidance as appropriate.
